In the history of the Ady/Tryon friendship, there is a great tradition of diverse, intense and consistent failure in basically everything we have ever done. In keeping with that, we failed to even attempt to begin our "Biggest Loser" challenge. No one ate less or exercised at all. I'm assuming this, because science proves that if people do lose weight they tell people, and no one was talking.
As we begin this process (really, this time) we need to make a concerted effort. The odds are against us. Ady is working from 4pm until 12:30am Monday through Friday for five weeks and will be unable have a gym partner, Dayna has crippling shyness and also has no gym partner, Joan has a ton of marketable skills and must work all day, and Tryon, uh, Tryon has... yeah.
So let's be clear. Now that we have all posted our degrading "before" pictures, we are prepared to be ashamed of ourselves enough to starve ourselves to the perfection we all want.
Let the competition begin! We weigh in our new initial weights on this Friday, and our first week of weight loss will be weighed on the following Friday. Do not mess this up, I typed in bold for a reason. Good luck, and remember, it's impossible to cheat in this competition without committing a felony.
